There are three types of users in Troopl, namely, Scouts, Employers, and Candidates (see definition in section 3). You must create an account according to your role to get service from us.
Scouts shall have the access to see all the jobs that are posted in the dashboard and endorse any third-party individuals who shall be fit for the job by your judgment. You are expected to make it clear to both the Candidate and the Company why you feel the fit is appropriate and this shall constitute an endorsement. Moreover, you shall be able to see the status of your endorsements and the stage of the hiring/interview process they are in. You shall also gain access to your profile on our website in case of viewing or updating your personal details.
Employers have the ability to post jobs and access the CVs and other relevant information of Candidates who have been endorsed by Scouts after opting in for such endorsements. After reviewing their CVs and other documents you can ask them for an interview through the means of your preference to progress candidates and select the perfect candidate for the job.
Candidates can create an account after being contacted by Scouts and opting in to an endorsement for a job posted to Troopl. You shall have the access to open an account as a Candidate and post your CVs and other relevant documents for the posted job as requested by the Company.
As Scouts, you are endorsing third-party candidates to Employers. You must follow the provisions which shall indicate what you must do and what you must refrain from doing. The provisions are given below.
Users using Troopl for third-party recruiting purposes will be removed immediately, and further action may to taken for violating these terms of service. We reserve the right to remove endorsements and users from the platform if they are not adhering to these terms or are not making endorsements and engaging with the platform in good faith.
As Employers, you post jobs and select candidates from Scouts’ endorsements to proceed in an interview and hiring process. The following provisions shall apply to you:
Employers shall access the right to refund by complaining to us no later than 12 months of the period of recruiting a candidate. We shall investigate the case and give reports to both Employers and candidates. Troopl shall be liable for any responsibilities or losses in any case.
In this section - "Introduction" - means (i) the passing to the Employers of a curriculum vitae or information which identifies the Candidate or (ii) the Employers’ interview of a Candidate (online), following the Employers’ instruction to Troopl to search for a Candidate; and, in either case, "Introduction Fee" - means the fee payable by the Employer to Troopl for an Introduction resulting in an Engagement;
For each successfully hired candidate introduced to the Employers, on behalf of company through Troopl, shall be hired, the Employers, on behalf of the company posted the job shall pay Troopl an amount of fee of 2000EUR + VAT (subject to change). Scouts shall be rewarded 50% of the total amount paid by the Employers for referring a successful candidate who has been selected for the job, as the ‘Scout Reward’.

In no case shall Troopl, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
